Purpose

This Project Quality Plan establishes control procedures to be executed properly and effectively in order to ensure the safe and reliable quality in engineering, procurement assistance and construction supervision. In compliance with the requirement stipulated in the Contract.

The Project Quality Plan sets out management and quality system, its resources and sequence of activities pertinent to the project, and refers to Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Project Procedures Manual which where necessary have been customized to reflect the specific requirement of the contract.

Management Responsibility and Management Review

The quality policy of the Project is to provide confidence that the quality of services and overall project performance is achieved in compliance with requirements on time, at the competitive cost. To satisfy Client/Employer needs and expectations through preventing quality deficiencies at all stages from design to commisioning.

Project execution activities shall be reviewed and monitored regularly through project reports by the Project Director to access the implementation of quality related activities, and the effectivenss of the Project Quality Plan, including the cost and schedules.

The review results shall be informed to the relevant disciplines for the proper execution and for the corrective actions with directions, when required.
